Aeration & Overseeding
Aeration relieves soil compaction while overseeding introduces new high quality grass seed to fill in the areas. Together, they create a thicker, greener, and more resilient lawn.
STRONGER ROOTS. THICKER GRASS. A HEALTHIER LAWN.
1. Aerate
We aerate the lawn to loosen compacted soil, allowing water, oxygen, and nutrients to reach the roots while creating ideal conditions for new grass growth.
2. Overseed
We apply high quality grass seed across the lawn, paying special attention to thin and bare areas. We then lighly work the seed into the soil to promote strong seed to soil contact.
3. Grow a stronger lawn
After seeding, we provide guidance on proper watering to keep the soil consistently moist while the new grass establishes. With the right care and maintenance, the lawn will develop thicker, healthier growth.
